Hello everyone, today I wanted to share my experience with David from DC Renovation. I recently had a small bathroom in my home that needed a complete overhaul and an entire new bathroom built from scratch, and David took on the project with ease and professionalism. He started from scratch and designed a modern and luxurious bathroom using large format tiles and a beautiful water shower tower. He and his team took care of everything, including electrical, plumbing, tile work, framing, and painting. I didn't have to worry about a thing, which was such a relief. I needed to have siding replaced on the side of the house and on the chimney. There’s other parts of the house that could be done but David came in and quoted for the areas that I needed to get done immediately. Now the whole house looks like it’s been done. We hired DC Renovations for our bathroom remodeling project, and our entire experience with them was exceptionally positive.
Prior to the start of project, we spoke to several contractors to gauge cost estimates and assess their overall approach. From the outset, it was evident that David possesses excellent communication skills and takes immense pride in his craft. His enthusiasm and joy when discussing past projects were palpable. While his pricing was reasonable, what sealed the deal for us was that he is licensed and the three-year warranty he offers on his work.
At start of the project, we encountered a few challenges. However, David and his team remained patient and stayed flexible as we worked through each issue. No matter how big or minor the issue might be, David and his team listened to our feedback, provided valuable professional insights, and executed the project in alignment with our vision.
The final result surpassed our expectations. Even after completing the project and settling payments, David continued to follow up with us, ensuring the bathroom is holding up as expected—a level of commitment we hadn't experienced with any other contractor.
Overall, I cannot say enough good things about David and his team. When the time comes for my kitchen remodel, DC Renovations will undoubtedly be our first choice.

David came to my home to give me an estimate on my deck, but after I informed him that I would be getting a second opinion he said he would e-mail me his estimate which I have jet to receive. David also went back on thumbtack and marked my job as complete. So I went back on thumbtack to e-mail him since he was not taking my calls. When he saw me messaging him online he said he didn't mark my job complete and he was finishing my quote now and would be e-mailing it to me soon. Well I still have not received that quote. I do not trust this man and I am so glad that I did not hire him to do my job.

David did a great job on my home projects. He is thorough and takes his time in completing the work. David was proactive and made sure his team delivered quality work and made adjustments to accommodate my concerns. David could’ve easily overcharged me and take advantage of me because I’m a single female but he didn’t. His pricing was fair and matched the quality of work. He is personable and made me feel comfortable even when I was apprehensive. I love David and his work!
